The Ponds YMCA

Moving For Better Balance is a 12-week, evidence-based group program designed to improve strength and balance through the therapeutic movements of Tai Chi. The program is led by a qualified instructor and teaches an eight-form routine of Tai Chi-based movements that have been modified specifically for falls prevention.
