The CIT and Leaders Camp program is designed for teens who are ready to take their Y experience to the next level. More than just a camp, it’s a leadership development opportunity that builds real-world skills — communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsibility — while giving participants the chance to give back to the community they love. Participants work alongside Y staff, support younger campers, and gain hands-on experience that prepares them for future employment and life beyond camp.
