Where Your Money Goes
Every donation to the Summerville Family YMCA stays local and goes directly to programs and people in our community. We provide financial assistance to families who couldn’t otherwise afford membership or programs, ensuring the Y is truly open to all. Last year alone, your generosity helped fund swim lessons, childcare scholarships, summer camps, cancer survivor programs, and meals for children in need. When you give to the Y, you’re investing in a healthier, stronger Summerville for generations to come.
Financial Assistance Is Available
At the Y, we believe that financial circumstances should never be a barrier to belonging. Our confidential Scholarship Program helps make memberships and programs accessible and affordable for individuals and families facing financial hardship. Made possible through the generous support of Annual Campaign donors, financial assistance is available for membership, youth sports, swim lessons, summer camp, and more.
