About the Program
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free, small-group program designed to support individuals who are cancer survivors or currently undergoing treatment. This 12-week program meets twice a week for 90-minute sessions, offering a safe and supportive environment to improve physical fitness, well-being, and social connection.

Participants in LIVESTRONG at the YMCA can expect:
- Guided Physical Activity: Exercise tailored to your abilities and needs to help rebuild strength, stamina, and muscle mass
- Supportive Environment: A welcoming, judgment-free space where you can connect with others going through similar experiences
- Skill-Building for Daily Life: Activities that improve balance, confidence, and energy levels
