Every School’s Day Out Camp day is packed with activities that keep kids moving, learning, and having fun. Campers enjoy structured games, arts and crafts, swimming, and supervised free play — all guided by trained Y counselors who bring our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility to everything they do. Kids ages 5 to 12 are welcome, and the program is designed to feel familiar and welcoming even for first-time campers. It’s a great day for your kids — and some well-earned peace of mind for you.
School’s Day Out Camps are open to children ages 5 to 12. Campers are grouped by age to ensure an appropriate and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We follow the Dorchester District 2 school calendar. Camp is offered on teacher work days, holidays, and school breaks when DD2 schools are not in session.
Please provide snacks, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, a swimsuit, and a towel. Breakfast and lunch are provided at our Oakbrook location; please check with your specific branch for meal details.
Yes — families can register for a single day of camp or sign up for an entire break period. There’s no minimum commitment required.
