Wellness Orientation
The YMCA offers wellness floor orientations for our new and existing members. Orientations are hosted by YMCA wellness floor staff and include information on adjusting equipment to fit you, proper use of equipment and wellness floor etiquette.
KICK START
Take advantage of our unique KICK START series designed to help you develop a personalized fitness plan and drive results. Challenge yourself with fun workouts and bond with others who share your passion for pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Set goals, participate in learning sessions and work up a good sweat through a cardio workout and weight training.
Personal Training
YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one session with a personal fitness coach. Our coaches are educated professionals with years of experience who can help any YMCA member including working professionals, new moms, seniors and triathletes.
PEAK Group Training
PEAK Group Training offers individualized coaching in a small group setting, combining the benefits of personal training with the energy of a group class! Our PEAK classes are specifically designed to improve your strength and cardio while providing a fun, challenging workout! Enjoy our Yard and Spark classes for a results-driven experience!
SilverSneakers
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, SilverSneakers offers a variety of options for all fitness levels and abilities. At the Y, your SilverSneakers benefits include use of our wellness centers, group fitness classes as well as social activities.
Women on Weights
This beginner’s level class is designed to give women the knowledge, skills and confidence to start their weightlifting journey. Taught by a certified personal trainer, our WOW class is fun, challenging and rewarding. Workout each class while learning alongside your peers. There are many health benefits to weightlifting so come learn and join in the fun!

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring
Designed to help adults with hypertension lower and manage their blood pressure.
- 4-month program
- Regular home self-monitoring
- 1-on -1 consultations for individualized support
- Group-based nutrition education
Diabetes Prevention Program
A 1-year healthy lifestyle change program for people at risk for type 2 diabetes. Reviews healthy eating, physical activity, reducing stress, and improving overall health through small steps! Led by trained Lifestyle Coaches under the CDC’s Prevent T2 Curriculum
Healthy Weight and Your Child
4-month, 25-session evidence-based program for children with excess weight. This family-based program emphasizes three elements: healthy eating, regular physical activity, and behavior change. Medical Clearance from a provider is needed for a child to participate.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
FREE 12-week exercise program for cancer survivors. Cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises. YMCA-certified instructors. Gain support from other survivors in your community. Requires medical clearance from a physician.
Walk With Ease – Arthritis Program
This is an evidence-based program through the Arthritis Foundation that meets three times a week for six weeks. While this program is designed for those with arthritis, it is also suitable for people without arthritis who would like to begin a regular walking program. This program has been proven to reduce pain, increase balance, build confidence in being physically active, and improve overall health
