The Y is open and we’re here to help you get Fit for Fall! We want to help you finish the year off strong. From now until October 16, we are challenging you to build new routines and explore the Y. Our Welcome Center will give you a “Fit for Fall” card filled with eight challenges for you to complete.
- Introduction to Personal Training
- Experience a PEAK Class: The YARD or SPARK
- Demo a Myzone Belt
- Workout three times in one week
- Complete 25 minutes of cardio
- Bring friend to the Y
- Try a Les Mills Virtual Class
- Check in via social media and tag @SFYMCA
Once you complete all challenges, you will be entered to win a Myzone Belt, Kick Start Sessions (4 sessions with a personal trainer) and amazing prizes. Remember, it all begins with one simple change to make a huge difference! For more information, please visit our Welcome Center.
